Good experience viewing this project from mobile. The only thing missing for me is a larger document section with the brochure and valuation information.

The 1–3 bedroom range should appeal to different types of residents. I also like the focus on shared amenities and access to Kuala Lumpur’s business areas.

I like how the calculator separates purchase amount from projected target earnings and projected completion value. That makes the numbers easier to follow.

The project is presented cleanly without too much unnecessary information. Location, property type, funding and duration options are immediately visible.

The information is good and the residential concept is clear. I’d like to see a more detailed breakdown of the amenities in future updates.

I tested 8 shares on the 25-day calculator. That’s a 2,000 AVC purchase amount, and at the displayed 38% target the projected earnings would be 760 AVC, making the projected completion value 2,760 AVC.

The 25-day option being marked Most Popular makes sense for someone who wants to start by understanding a shorter cycle.

I compared the short and medium options before making my decision. Having the requirements and target percentages side by side makes comparison much easier.

I like that the share price remains visible while reviewing the cycle requirements. At 250 AVC per share, it’s easy to calculate different share quantities.

Easy project page to navigate and the calculator is useful. More downloadable documentation would be my main suggestion.
