I like that Metro Commercial Parking is focused on commercial infrastructure. The 650-space facility gives the project a clear physical scale and purpose.

The Share Activation Explained section is simple but helpful. It shows the process from buying shares to meeting the required amount, activating the cycle and following the earnings.

The commercial property concept is interesting and the information is organized well. My main suggestion is to make more supporting project documents available online.

I tested 12 shares on the 3-month option. At 285 AVC each, the purchase amount is 3,420 AVC. Using the displayed 612% target, the calculator would project 20,930.40 AVC in target earnings and 24,350.40 AVC as the completion value.

I like seeing the Project ID AVC-C001 directly in the description. It makes it easier to reference the correct project when communicating with support.

The project is easy to check from my phone while working abroad. Funding progress, cycle requirements and the calculator are all accessible without complicated navigation.

I looked mainly at the 3-month cycle. Ten shares are required, which gives a minimum share value of 2,850 AVC. The 612% displayed target is shown clearly on the cycle card.

I like the project and the platform layout. More frequent photos and development updates would make the experience even better.

The 18-month funding window is clearly separated from the earning durations, which helped me understand the structure better. The overall project can continue funding while each selected cycle has its own completion period.

What I appreciate most is being able to compare the cycles myself. I don’t have to ask support every time I want to see the required shares or minimum share value.
