I like the fact that the project isn’t just a picture and a Buy Shares button. There is information about the property, funding progress, duration options, and share requirements before you reach the calculator.

I selected 6 shares on the 1-month option, giving me a share value of 750 AVC. The calculator displays 3,975 AVC in projected target earnings at the stated 530% target, with a projected completion value of 4,725 AVC.

Easy to understand and easy to monitor. I particularly like that the Active Cycle information remains accessible from the portfolio after activation.

The project page has improved a lot compared with what I expected. The funding bar and property details are useful. I would like more project documents and progress updates over time.
