What I like about Horizon Towers is that the entire structure is easy to understand from the listing: Kuala Lumpur location, AVC-R002 project ID, 250 AVC share price, 12.5 million AVC funding target, 168-unit residential tower and three clearly separated earning durations. The calculator also makes it easy to compare projected figures before choosing shares.

The longer 6-month duration is clearly different from the shorter options. Twenty shares are required, giving a minimum share value of 5,000 AVC, with a displayed 192% target over 180 days.

Horizon Towers is one of the projects I would keep saved for comparison. The Kuala Lumpur location, residential focus and different cycle durations give me several things to consider.

The calculator makes the short cycle very transparent as a projection. Five shares equal 1,250 AVC, with 475 AVC displayed as target earnings over 25 days and a projected 1,725 AVC completion value.

Good overall presentation. I like the project but would still add more gallery photos and direct access to supporting documents.

The 168-unit residential tower concept is interesting, especially with a mix of 1–3 bedroom layouts. It gives the development a broader residential profile.

I like that I can see the project status, funding progress, share price and duration options without searching through several different pages.

The project page works well on mobile and the calculator is particularly easy to use. I’d like to see more detailed progress reports added over time.

I tested 12 shares on the 2-month option. That’s 3,000 AVC in share value, and at the displayed 85% target the projected earnings would be 2,550 AVC, giving a projected completion value of 5,550 AVC.

I like the focus on contemporary urban living. Access to business and lifestyle areas is an important part of the appeal of a Kuala Lumpur residential development.
