I like being able to save and compare projects before choosing anything. The Logistics Distribution Centre stands out because of its commercial scale and Rotterdam location.

The 12-month funding window and the individual earning cycles are presented separately, which is helpful. I can see the project’s overall timeline without confusing it with my selected duration.

I tested 8 shares on the 28-day cycle, which equals a 2,800 AVC purchase amount. At the displayed 312% target, the projected target earnings are 8,736 AVC and the projected completion value is 11,536 AVC.
