The logistics concept is interesting and the information is well organized. More progress photographs and supporting documents would make the project page even better.

I tested the minimum 5 shares on the 28-day option. The calculator shows a 1,750 AVC purchase amount, 5,460 AVC in projected target earnings at 312%, 195 AVC/day, and a projected completion value of 7,210 AVC.

The scale of the site caught my attention. An 80,000 m² land area combined with logistics, warehouse, office and loading facilities makes the underlying commercial concept easy to understand.

I looked at the 28-day cycle first. Five shares at 350 AVC each gives a minimum share value of 1,750 AVC, and the calculator clearly shows the projected figures before activation.

Good project presentation and easy navigation. I would like to see the brochure and valuation files available directly on the page instead of only upon request.

The project description gives a good explanation of how the facility is intended to work, including storage, goods handling, loading infrastructure and distribution operations.

The Rotterdam location was the first thing that interested me. I like that the project is focused on logistics and warehousing rather than being another residential development.
