The 2–4 bedroom configuration makes sense for a family-oriented development. I also like the large land area shown in the property highlights.

I appreciate having three durations to compare instead of one fixed cycle. The required shares increase from 5 to 8 to 10 depending on the option.

Nice project and easy mobile layout. More downloadable property documentation would improve the experience further.

The 84-home multi-family concept is one of the reasons this project stood out to me. It feels like a proper residential community rather than a single building.
