The 31,000 m² land size gives a good sense of how large the estate is. I appreciate seeing physical property details alongside the financial information.

I tested the minimum 5 shares on the 30-day option. At 1,500 AVC and the displayed 155% target, the calculator would show 2,325 AVC in projected target earnings and a projected completion value of 3,825 AVC.

The property presentation is good and the estate looks attractive. I would like to see more detailed progress photos as the development moves forward.

The project has a simple structure to follow: residential estate, Brisbane location, 300 AVC share price and three different earning durations.

I like that the project already shows strong funding progress. Being able to see both the amount raised and the 10 million AVC target gives useful context.

I looked first at the 30-day cycle. Five shares at 300 AVC each gives a minimum share value of 1,500 AVC, and the requirements are displayed clearly.

The multi-family concept is interesting, and the 2–4 bedroom range makes the estate feel suitable for different household sizes.

The project page is easy to understand. I especially like seeing the share price, funding progress and available durations together. More project documents would make it even better.

The Brisbane location was what caught my attention first. I like that Garden Heights is designed as a residential estate rather than a single apartment building.
