I selected 7 shares worth 875 AVC on the 1-month cycle. At the displayed 530% target, the calculator shows projected target earnings of 4,637.50 AVC and a projected completion value of 5,512.50 AVC.

Everything has been organized so far. My only suggestion would be to add even more frequent project progress information for members following the development.

The funding progress display is useful. I like seeing the amount raised against the overall project target instead of just seeing a percentage without context.

My Account Manager explained how the project cycle works, but I also appreciate being able to verify the same information myself on the platform. It makes the process easier to follow.

I chose the 3-month cycle because I preferred the longer duration. The required 10 shares and 1,250 AVC minimum share value were clearly displayed before I went to the calculator

The residential concept looks good and the specifications are easy to find. I would like the documents section to eventually contain even more project updates, but the overall page is well structured.

I selected 5 shares for the 14-day cycle, giving me a share value of 625 AVC. At the displayed 475% target, the calculator estimates 2,968.75 AVC in target earnings and 3,593.75 AVC as the projected completion value.

I’m working outside the Philippines, so having online access to the Cebu project information is convenient. I can check the marketplace and my portfolio without needing to be back home.

Clear property information, simple cycle selection, and good support. Those are the three things I appreciate most about the Cebu listing.
