Good project presentation overall. I especially like the property highlights and the fact that the different cycle requirements are displayed separately. I had a few questions at first, but the explanation from support helped.

I started by looking at the 14-day option because it only requires 3 shares. The calculator showing 375 AVC as the minimum share value made the entry requirement very easy to understand.

The Cebu project caught my attention because the information was presented clearly. I could see the share price, available cycles, property details, and funding progress without having to search around the platform.
