The property side matters to me just as much as the share information. I appreciate seeing the number of residential units, bedroom ranges, building size, parking, and other development details.

I like the Cebu development and the overall platform experience. There were a few things I needed my Account Manager to explain initially, but after that everything became much easier to navigate.

I selected 9 shares worth 1,125 AVC on the 1-month cycle. The displayed 530% target gives projected target earnings of 5,962.50 AVC and a projected completion value of 7,087.50 AVC.

The project has been easy to follow from the marketplace. I like being able to save it, check funding progress, and return to the full details whenever I want.

I chose 6 shares on the 14-day cycle, which gives a share value of 750 AVC. At the displayed 475% target, the projected target earnings are 3,562.50 AVC and the projected completion value is 4,312.50 AVC.

The project page is good and the calculator works well. I’d like to see additional progress photos and more frequent updates as the development continues.

Everything from the share price to the property highlights is presented cleanly. I especially like that I don’t have to leave the project page to estimate different share quantities.

I selected the 3-month option because the longer cycle suited what I was looking for. The minimum requirement of 10 shares is clearly shown before activation.

As an OFW, I appreciate having a project in Cebu available on the marketplace. Being able to access the details and follow everything through my phone is convenient.

I had several questions before choosing a cycle and received clear answers. I would still like to see more supporting documents available directly from the project page.
