What Our Members Are Saying
Easy to understand from the start
I found the project information straightforward and well organized. I was able to understand the shares, project duration and how the Active Cycle works before making my decision. My Account Manager was also helpful whenever I needed clarification.
Good visibility on my project
What I appreciate most is being able to see my project details and earnings in one place. The dashboard makes it easy for me to follow my Active Cycle without having to constantly ask for updates. So far, my experience has been positive.
Helpful whenever I had questions
I had quite a few questions when I first joined and the support I received was very patient. Things were explained in simple terms instead of rushing me through the process. That made a big difference for me.
Withdrawal was handled properly
I recently completed a withdrawal and was pleased with how the process was handled. I could follow the status from my account and received assistance when I had a question about the request. Everything was completed as expected.

In this sample scenario, I started with $100 in project shares in the Cebu Residential Tower Project. I chose the 14-day Active Cycle, which had a 475% projected ROI. That works out to $475 in projected Project Earnings, or $575 total value including my original $100. I started with a smaller amount because I wanted to understand how the project, Project Earnings, and cycle completion worked before considering more shares.
This example starts with ₱5,000 equivalent in project shares because I wanted to see how a complete Active Cycle worked first. I learned how to follow the project from the dashboard, check the Project Earnings information and understand what happens when a cycle reaches completion. The sample journey finishes with the available balance being withdrawn to a Philippine bank account. I would rather understand the process first before increasing my shares.
This sample OFW scenario begins with ₱10,000 equivalent in project shares. Instead of choosing a larger amount immediately, I wanted to understand my Active Cycle first. After the example project reaches completion, the available project value is shown as withdrawn through the member’s registered bank account. Being able to manage everything online makes the process convenient while working abroad.
I didn’t want to begin with a big amount because I was still learning how AVC worked. This sample member journey starts with ₱5,000 equivalent in project shares. I followed the Active Cycle from my dashboard and became more comfortable as I learned where everything was. The example ends with the completed project value being processed for withdrawal to the member’s Philippine bank account. For me, the important part was starting at an amount I was comfortable with.
I wanted to try with a small amount first, so in this sample scenario I started with just $40 in project shares. The example completed cycle records $74 in Project Earnings, bringing the total completion value to $114 including my original amount. The sample then shows the available balance being withdrawn to a Philippine bank account. Starting small made the whole process easier to understand before considering anything bigger.
I started with $1,000 in project shares in a sample residential project. The sample completed-cycle record shows $1,850 in Project Earnings and a $2,850 total completion value including the original $1,000. The sample withdrawal record shows the completion value converted and paid to a Philippine bank account. Going through the full project-cycle workflow made the AVC system much easier to understand.
This example begins with $1,500 in project shares. After the sample Active Cycle reaches completion, $2,850 in Project Earnings is recorded, making the total completion value $4,350 including the original shares. The example then shows the member withdrawing the available balance to a Philippine bank account after completion.
This OFW example begins with $2,000 in project shares and a completed cycle producing $4,000 in Project Earnings. Together with the original shares, the sample completion value is $6,000. The example finishes with a successful withdrawal to the member’s registered bank account. It demonstrates how someone working overseas can follow the entire process remotely.
I’m careful with anything involving money, especially while managing things from overseas. I contacted the Finance Team when I needed clarification and waited until I understood the instructions before proceeding. That’s the way I prefer to handle it.
I wanted to experience the platform properly before forming an opinion, including understanding both funding and withdrawals. The instructions were different for each process, but I could follow the status and ask questions when necessary. Going through both sides gave me a much clearer picture of how the finance section works than simply opening an account would have.
During my first few days, the share price, Active Cycle and projected earnings were a lot of new information. After going through the project details and asking questions, I understand the dashboard much better. I can now compare projects without feeling overwhelmed.
What interests me is being able to explore both the property side and the project side. They serve different purposes, and having both available in one platform makes it easier for me to research opportunities.
