Easy to understand from the start
I found the project information straightforward and well organized. I was able to understand the shares, project duration and how the Active Cycle works before making my decision. My Account Manager was also helpful whenever I needed clarification.
Good visibility on my project
What I appreciate most is being able to see my project details and earnings in one place. The dashboard makes it easy for me to follow my Active Cycle without having to constantly ask for updates. So far, my experience has been positive.
Helpful whenever I had questions
I had quite a few questions when I first joined and the support I received was very patient. Things were explained in simple terms instead of rushing me through the process. That made a big difference for me.
Withdrawal was handled properly
I recently completed a withdrawal and was pleased with how the process was handled. I could follow the status from my account and received assistance when I had a question about the request. Everything was completed as expected.

I prefer having admin involved in a marketplace transaction. There are additional steps, but I consider the structure and verification more important than making the transaction as fast as possible.
I now have more than one Active Cycle and being able to see each project separately is useful. It makes the different shares, durations and project information easier to follow.
I had several questions at the beginning and support took time to answer them properly. I never felt like I had to understand everything immediately.
I originally started with $1,500 in project shares. After becoming more familiar with my first Active Cycle, I later added another $2,500 in shares based on my own assessment. I preferred increasing gradually instead of starting with a larger amount immediately.
One thing I was concerned about was whether support would still be available after I got started. I’ve contacted my Account Manager several times since joining and I’ve continued receiving the same level of assistance.
The property section is easy to navigate and saving listings works well. I’d personally like a few more advanced filters, but the overall experience is good.
What I appreciated most was being able to see where my request was in the process. I didn’t need to keep messaging support just to know whether it was still pending.
I started with $750 in project shares because this was completely new to me. My selected cycle displayed a 185% projected ROI, representing $1,387.50 in projected Project Earnings if fully achieved. I wanted to learn first before considering a larger amount.
I like that the Affiliate Center has its own area. It means I can check referral activity without mixing it together with my projects and portfolio.
I selected $5,000 in project shares with an Active Cycle displaying a 210% projected ROI, equivalent to $10,500 in projected Project Earnings if fully achieved. I also reviewed the project structure and duration before deciding.
I wanted to double-check the financial instructions before proceeding. Finance answered the questions I had and made the next step clear. That’s important to me as an OFW managing everything remotely.
At first I kept asking my Account Manager where to find information. After using AVC for a while, I can now check my Active Cycle, shares and project details by myself.
