Easy to understand from the start

Helpful whenever I had questions

I currently have more than one Active Cycle and like being able to view them separately. It makes it much easier to follow the shares, duration and project information for each opportunity.
I like browsing different properties and saving the ones I want to research further. I’d still like additional filtering options, but the experience is clean overall.
The first time I had many questions. The second time I already knew where to submit the request and how to check the status, so the whole experience felt much easier.
