Waiting for a financial request is much easier when you can actually see whether it is pending, processing or completed. I found that much better than repeatedly messaging support for an update.

Some of my questions were probably very basic, but my Account Manager never made me feel that way. Everything was explained properly and I was encouraged to understand the process before deciding what I wanted to do.

If speed is the only priority, the admin process can feel like an extra step. For me, having the transaction guided and checked was more important. Once I understood the sequence, the marketplace process made sense.
