I already had experience with referral programs, so naturally I explored the AVC Affiliate Program after joining. I like that the affiliate side has its own area instead of being mixed into everything else. The information is relatively easy to understand and I can keep track of my activity from one place.

Residential projects weren’t really what I was looking for, so the Sydney Commercial Storage Project was more interesting to me. I reviewed the project structure and eventually decided to participate through shares. I like the concept and the account is fairly easy to use once you understand it. I’d like to see more commercial projects added in Asia in the future.

The biggest positive for me was being able to ask questions without feeling like every conversation had to end with me buying something. I received the information, went away to think about it and came back when I was ready. I respect that approach.
